WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

Outcomes you can use on Monday.

Growth

A growth strategy you have actually stress-tested

Not a framework. A set of decisions about which customers and segments to go after, made under pressure and defended against eleven peers who will not let a weak argument pass.

Activities

A sales plan built on activities, not hopes

The translation from a growth target into what your salespeople need to do each week for it to happen. This is the step most plans skip.

Analysis

Clarity on your own role

A clear view of what a sales manager actually controls, what they only influence, and which weekly habits move the number rather than simply measure it.

HOW IT WORKS

This is not a training, this is not a lecture — it is a game.

You will not be presented to. You will be running a sales organization in a simulated market, alongside eleven peers, against a growth target you cannot reach by pursuing everything at once.

Each round you decide where to place your capacity — which accounts to defend, which segments to open, and what to leave alone. The market responds, and you see immediately what your decisions were worth.

DETAILS

Decide where your growth comes from.

The Business Game puts you in the seat of a sales manager with a real growth target and limited capacity to pursue everything. You allocate resources across existing accounts and new segments, defend your choices against eleven peers, and see exactly what each decision produces.

FAQ

Common questions answered

What exactly is the Business Game?

The Business Game is an evening simulation for sales directors and sales managers. You act as a sales manager in a company with a growth target and limited capacity, make real allocation decisions across accounts and segments, and see the direct consequences of your choices within the session. It is not a lecture or a training course — it is a structured, competitive scenario run with eleven peers from Swedish export industry.

Who is this event designed for?

The evening is designed for sales directors and sales managers in Swedish export industry, typically at companies with 50–500 employees. If you hold a growth target and are responsible for how your sales team pursues it, the scenario is directly relevant to your day-to-day decisions. No prior experience with simulations or specific tools is required.

Do I need to prepare anything in advance?

No preparation is required. We ask that you bring one growth question you are currently working through — a customer you believe has untapped potential, or a segment you have been meaning to pursue. That is enough. The scenario and all necessary context are provided at the start of the evening.

What does the SEK 5,000 fee include?

The fee is SEK 5,000 per participant and is invoiced after the event. This covers the full evening from 16:00 to 21:00, including dinner. The price reflects the quality of the facilitation, the seniority of the group, and the practical value you take away. Payment details are confirmed in the booking confirmation email.
